Pros

When I first joined the company five years ago, there were limited opportunities for advancement or even movement. Things are much different today and opportunities exist in almost every department with potential across two organizations.

Cons

As the company learns about working with another entity there are some questions consolidation and leveraging of shared resources and the expectations of management. Pretty much working through experiences when two companies merge to find their common ground.
