there are no pros it a paycheck for you but dont expect any management to commend you on your work after you have been there for a while you will be just another number

Cons

wis fires on impulse and quanex is just that hr is a joke only thing she is missing is a broom previous hr were even worse management turns on you in a heartbeat and dont expect them to be nice after that they let the leads take the smack managments hench men so they look bad but can figure it supervisors get a hefty bonus check foot sodiers gets nothing i was there for over 6 years and it is getting worse than when i started its all about thier bonus checks and work employees like dogs hungry for a bone trust me a 2500 binus isnt worth it
