Pros

Salary is competitive, and there is opportunity to advance if you want to. Benefits package was good. Local (plant level) management was great.

Cons

From an employees point of view, corporate had a bit of a 'disconnect' as to 'real life' at the plant level.

Pros

Friendly office environment. Upper management friendly and very transparent as far as the direction for the company. Work/life balance is good depending on the department.

Cons

Change in management and long-term vision for the company leading to a lot of employees leaving. Pay not in line with Houston market for skills that are transferable between industries. Locations control what happens corporate wide instead of the other way around.
