Great Small Company in DoD

Pros

Small company where the corporate office truly knows most of the employees. Competitive pay even with low-price technically acceptable contracts Work/life balance Solid (but not spectacular) benefits

Cons

As with any DoD company, the ever competing contracts. No guarantee beyond the current contract, however Quantech is a diverse company which provides program management, systems engineering, and cost analysis. Better chance of survival.

Pros

- Great company - over 6 years with company working in various roles supporting Government. - Understands that people are their product, therefore Quantech takes care of employees - dedication and hard work recognized by leadership (rewards and compensation) - Growth and new opportunities within company - different contract/programs supported allows for movement. Management will work to help place you in the right spot for you. - Corporate management gets to know all employees, from President/CEO down. Promotes "family" culture. - Compensation and benefits appear to be at or above market averages - company takes care of employees

Cons

Current DoD market is tough for all companies in industry, Quantech needs to continue weathering storm while winning work and growing.

Pros

Pay was decent but not exceptional

Cons

Cannot keep government contracts, employees leaving in droves, horrible management, disengaged ownership. This company is a house of cards with no real foundation. Smoke and mirrors, promises not kept. Stay away from Quantech Services.
