Pros
Rule number one for choosing a start-up in Silicon Valley: make sure they have market fit. Quantifind is proving that it does and continues to exceed sales goals and add blue chip brand clients. The founders possess a great combination of attributes: brilliant, honest, caring and hard-working. They're why I joined, and I've never regretted the decision. The office (and culture) are really enjoyable. The challenges are exhilarating. People are recognized for their accomplishments. Compensation and benefits are very good.
Cons
Because it's still early, you will have to be comfortable with coming into a fluid situation. If you're ready and willing to contribute ideas, lead new initiatives, try-fail-try-succeed... there's a place for you. If you want to be given a task, crank at it, and have every line of code you generate immediately used in a customer-facing product, you may have to pass.
