      Pros

      You can work with a group of smart, nice and hard-working people. Also, you have many learning opportunities and are encouraged to do what you are interested in. Work-life balance is great and you may work remotely sometimes. Catered meals and flexible PTOs.

      Pros

      Brilliant people, especially in data science. This is an engineering culture, and the founders know how to identify and work with truly talented engineers. Working on great products that add value to users, which is satisfying. Work-life balance is very, very good for a start-up for most employees. There are some occasional long hours and stress, but management is always supportive and understanding. Super smart and empathetic CEO.

      Cons

      Very strong personalities in management level positions that need to align--both personally and on strategy. The company is so close to the breakthrough we've been waiting for. Now's the time to set the course.
