Pros

Learning is good, can work closely in a project at high level, not restricted to a specific section of the project, can be assigned anything

Cons

Not much knowledge is there in a specific field to employees, working on things parallelly is expected and everything is expected to be completed in an interval of time, basically the value of an employee at a lower scale is not there, you will be expected to work beyond work hours, this culture of work not good, some HRs are good, but some just do not care to reply after reading the messages after multiple pings, sometimes issue not resolved in months.

Pros

Fast paced environment Lots of learning opportunities Cloud certifications Some seniors are helpful

Cons

There are so many cons : No proper management for resource allocation on projects. They will assign projects randomly (Not as per your expertise). On some days their will be so much work & on some days no work. There is NO proper management & work life balance. Manager don't care about your learning curve, work life balance. They just want work to be done. Manager will only talk to you during performance review. Otherwise they don't even care. They force you to do certifications which are not even relevant to your role. Manager will make sure you feel guilty for taking leaves. If you are in growth pool for some days then random team will assign random work to you. N your manager don't even have idea about it. Just forget about bonus part in your CTC. HR will try best to not give it or take it back from you. Because of poor management, no work life balance, no proper project allocation, lots of harassment, poor HR policies many employees leave organization in less than one year.
