      one of the great company for fresher, lots of support from seniors. colleagues are very helpful.

      Cons

      nothing as such , but need to improve the HR policies. other everything is okay and fine.

      Perfect company for freshers to get started

      Pros

      Awesome projects, friendly team, wide variety of technical projects. Company's tag line is "Solving what matters" and I actually think this is correct, the work which we do here actually matters. Company is constantly updating its policy to give more and more benefits to its employees.

      Cons

      Company's HR Management is not so good, using various legalities they cut off my 1st bonus amount from 2 Lk to 1 Lk. We have quarterly performance review and only if we perform Always Outstanding(which is rating equivalent to 5 out of 5) in all the 4 quarters, then only we get 30% appraisal, else its 20% or 10% appraisal. HRs try not to give 30% appraisal
