      - Super awesome office space. No odc or cubicle culture is there. You will get amazed by the interior of the office. - all people are directly approachable even if it's the delivery head - free foods - surrounded by so many smart people which is most important in my opinion. - opportunities of lots of certification which is contributed by the employer. - flexible working hours (depends on projects) - no hard and fast office timing u need to maintain - people are very respectful and helpful. - it's growing so fast. Lots of IIT/IIM people are getting recruited now. - we were given laptops on day1. - joining and relocation bonus.

      Cons

      - health policy is not so good. They cover only the employee.
