If you love to waste your time all-day then it is the best company. And you get a designation of Machine Learning Engineer.

Cons

You can't become a real Machine Learning Engineer or Data scientist by staying in Quantiphi. And there are a few BITsian and IITian who haven't developed a single product in their life and they are now the so-called Solution Architect of the company. Full of non-technical people ( Business Analysts and Account Leads) who have no idea what data science.

Free breakfast and snacks. Training is ok too

Cons

Upper management is not good. very less technical people in the upper management. You have to do very low quality work here. If you are an BA or Data engineer, the only work you will do is making PPT and work on excel sheets. And If you are an machine learning Engineer, you'll have too much nonsense work.
