They focus more in interns and freshers, while pushing them for very senior roles created imbalance in team, - you cannot raise anything within this company, if it's get toxic within your project, or with anything you face. - there's no meal facility, and no benefits other than salary. - employee is resource, nothing more than that, they are not treated as human or some identity, no appreciation, recognition, gifts.

The legal leadership team demonstrates significant gaps in professionalism and effective leadership. In my experience, the environment at the senior level lacked constructive communication, transparency, and a collaborative culture. Leadership behavior often did not align with the standards expected at the director level, which negatively affected team morale and trust. There is a pressing need for stronger accountability, professional conduct, and a more respectful leadership approach to create a healthier and more productive work environment.
