      -Many Opportunities to learn and that too of many technical backgrounds. -Promotes Self learning in a competitive and dynamic environment thus fuelling the desire to learn more and thus grow more. -Great office space making a comfortable and likeable working environment.

      Cons

      -the initial stages of getting handy to the working and technical requirements of the projects can sometimes become hectic, but that learning again helps in one's own growth in his/her field
