The onboarding process was smooth and structured. The work culture feels welcoming, and it's easy to reach out to people for help and conversations. The training program is detailed to provide strong foundation for new joiners. It has only been a week so far, but the experience has been positive and hope it continues to be good experience

Cons

The training is quite intensive, which may take some time for the new joiners to settle into.
