      - Benefits - Transparent Seniors (this actually helps) - Engagement activities - Hikes / Appraisal - Flexible work timings

      Cons

      - Office location is not in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR - Not a con for me but the folks who are willing for a steep growth can sustain in Quantiphi

      Although intern period was a roller-coster ride, finally go my FTE last month. Am in the GCP unit now and so far so good.
