Good company overall to learn and grow

Good latest in trend technology stack overall in the organisation. You will get to solve some interesting problems across projects specially related to Data and Machine Learning. If you perform well and are noticed as a good engineer, you will get promoted quickly specially the promotions from Engineer to Senior Engineer positions. Culture which promotes upskilling through certifications.

Cons

You may face issue of poor work life balance but it differs from project to project. Like many other service based companies, deadlines given are many a times not so good just to make clients happy but the engineering team actually faces lot of workload due to that.

Not exactly a con but a regular practice with companies like this is: There is not rule at all. Let me explain company will act as a MNC when it goes in their favour and can call themselves as startup when it suits them.
