Pros

Culture is incredible. The company is very much employee centered and morale is high. Frequent communications from top to bottom. Salaries are competitive and benefits are incredible.

Cons

The location is difficult at most times of the day. Once construction is complete, this may be resolved, but be prepared to spend 15-30 minutes just to get the 1/2 mail to the freeway.

Pros

- The work being done is very fulfilling- making a difference in people’s lives every day is an amazing job - The people. Quantum hires great people - Management cares not just about revenue, but about their employees and their clients - Good opportunity for growth- promotions happen often and if you find yourself in a role that turns out not to be for you, they are willing to help find something that better fits/interests you - Good perks- lots of snacks, on-site fitness center, stand-up desks, casual dress code, lots of opportunity for community involvement - Good benefits, great PTO, flexible work schedule (minus PSRs) - Continuous companywide meetings on transparency and overall company healthiness

Cons

- We’re continually growing- fast, very fast. So there is a bit of work to do to figure out how to keep our awesome culture intact - Communication between departments can be lacking at times but it is getting better - Quantum is not the most structured place with set processes which can be frustrating at times

Cons

Stressful, Pressure to take lots of phone calls, not enough time for followup work, High turnover, Not enough reps to answer phones.
