Pros

The people in the pod are wonderful and there is free food.

Cons

People outside the pod do not seem to truly care about positions in the Pod outside of the manager. People outside of the Pod make decisions for positions in the Pod that they have never held without asking people IN THOSE positions how it may affect their workload. HIGH stress, long hours, low pay. Limited room for growth. We were told that Quantum promotes from within.....which is a complete lie. If you start out as a PSR, you will ALWAYS be a PSR regardless of what position you might move into.

Pros

The environment and training experience are all superior. They train you from the ground up to know everything you need to know. Some employers offer training which may mean 4 hours—Quantum has a 4-5 week training program, so they don’t just feed you to the wolves. Also, we are making a positive difference in the lives of the members we serve. They promote from within because of the intense training, employees are an investment.

Cons

The pay is low. For everything that is expected of you, someone could earn the starting salary elsewhere with far less responsibility. We are expected to be experts but paid as corporate peons. Instead of offering free snacks and drinks, we should get paid more salary. With the current push to expand the company, the training has been expedited. New employees are making mistakes that could be avoided if they didn’t rush the training process. With growth, that means hiring middle and upper management from without—however those hired externally are getting paid far more than those who have loyally worked for years for the same position.

Pros

- the power to use your knowledge to problem solve - a great team of clinical and non-clinical people who read genuine and real - opportunities for growth in this young company who is taking the nation by storm by leading Healthcare management the way it should be done...with heart! - Excellent ongoing training - Free drinks, snacks and frequently catered lunches - Massage chairs, ping-pong table, Wii Fit, games and Serenity rooms - Spaces dedicated for nursing mothers!! - A regular schedule with no weekends or nights past 10pm, though most are out in theach afternoon - Competitive salary and generous PTO that expands even more over the years - Paid licensure renewal and CEU's, as well as CCM certification - Just a great culture; positive and progressive

Cons

- Sometimes people think of us as "just another insurance company" who'should out to "get them," but we take our time and explain why we do what we do. Often it's because it saves them money. Taking the time to explain that helps them earn our trust, along with our caring attitudes and follow-through. - No remote work opportunity
