Pros

Decent pay for what would be considered an entry level position.

Cons

At every turn, regardless of your metrics and merit, it is made clear that you may not have a job the next day. Micromanagement. Managers may or may not even know what your role even does. Integration of rudimentary AI systems that only lead to frustrated callers. History of implementing new resources without proper research or integration, leading to catastrophic setbacks. A toxically positive, cultish mentality disguised as a friendly work environment.

Pros

Culture, development opportunities, job satisfaction, it is easy to see the difference we make in people's lives at Quantum Health.

Cons

Current efforts in change management have had some issues with communication and implementation. Merit based raises are only once a year and very small, making it difficult to keep up with inflation. For a healthcare navigation company, the medical benefits are not great.
