Pros

1. Among the most transparent senior leadership I’ve ever experienced. 2. Wildly applicable use case for core product. 3. Tons of as-of-yet untapped TAM to acquire. 4. Strong growth trajectory. 5. As much career advancement opportunity as you’re willing to work for. 6. Your colleagues are real people. Authentic, cool people. 7. Awesome “summer camp” style employee trip each year. 8. Tons of support from strong industry knowledge within the org. 9. You’ll make friends here. For real. 10. You always know where you stand. 11. Comp + incentives are above industry average. 12. Unlimited PTO. 13. Real, actionable feedback from leaders.

Cons

1. Startups aren’t for everyone. The bar is high. 2. Niche core vertical can make onboarding a bit longer than you might expect. Steep learning curve. We’re working on that.

Pros

Quavo has a genuinely great culture with smart, authentic people who really care about both the product and each other. Being fully remote actually works here because there’s a strong sense of accountability and passion across the team, and leadership truly values transparency and ownership. On top of that, the annual Camp Quavo event is a lot of fun and makes the culture feel real — you can tell this is a place where people matter and the work is meaningful.

Cons

We are growing fast, so agility and flexibility are key to keeping up. You have to be open to change, able to adapt, and move quickly.
