Supportive team, fast-paced environment, and strong learning opportunities

Pros

Quavo has a genuinely positive culture with great people who are collaborative, smart, and supportive. I’ve had the chance to learn a lot, take ownership of meaningful work, and work with teammates who care deeply about what they do. It’s a fast-moving environment, which can be a great fit if you enjoy learning quickly and being involved in impactful projects.

Cons

The company offers unlimited time off, which is a great benefit in theory. That said, I sometimes felt some pressure when it came to actually taking time off, although that may just be my personal experience. Because everyone is so busy and there are not really company-wide holiday breaks, it can sometimes feel harder to fully disconnect.

Amazing Company with Truly Fantastic Culture

Pros

-Collaborative work environment -Smart, down-to-earth coworkers who want to see each other succeed -Approachable and transparent leadership -Strong product offering that genuinely helps victims of fraud -Rapidly growing company with limitless potential at the individual level -Fully remote company from its inception with no risk of return to office -Unlimited PTO and flexible working schedule

Cons

While I listed fully remote as a pro above, it can make the onboarding process and overall learning curve a bit less straightforward. HR does a good job with onboarding and setting up meet-and-greets, but the onus is on the individual to set up virtual coffee chats and get to know your team and colleagues since you will not run into them in an office setting. There is an optional but encouraged in-person gathering each summer to get to know your coworkers on a more personal level!
