Pros

Flexibility with training and attendance. Great working environment. No micromanaging which allows room for development without the stress.

Cons

Somewhat hard to fit in when everyone else is already very close knit. Training could be a little more thorough, as there’s a lot of new info being provided that is confusing. Hard to trust leadership after reaching out for help/guidance and being let go days later. Severance was crap and not suitable for being let go during the holidays.

I am empowered to do my job as I see fit. There is no micro management.

Cons

If you are not self motivated, you may find yourself somewhat floundering. Career growth and opportunities require you to be a self starter.
