Busy with job security. Great team. Great pay. Learning facility. Magnet hospital that promotes growth with in departments. Good location.

Cons

Busy with short staff. Rotation of schedule shifts. Parking is not good with in city. The turnover of staff is high.

Compensations and Benefits are the best I've ever had. Balancing Work and life is tough if you haven't experience heavy work and having to work night shift.

Cons

Lack of Employees to work a full load of patients & communication with the nurse and other 'senior' aides.
