Good starter job after college. Coworkers can be great depending on shift. Good benefits related to health
Cons
Antiquated lab structure, Disconnect between upper management and actual staff, borders on rude condescending attitude. Did not provide kn95 for covid lab staff, and did not provide covid testing. Lack of/violation of proper safety protocols and denial when reported to superiors. System results in poor turn around but staff is blamed. constant turnover for staffing, with half the staff being fired w/o warning before I started later that year.
