      Pros

      Stable company in a growing market. Plenty of work to do. Good work life balance. Upper management seems to care about employees.

      Cons

      Compensation is fair, but it could be better, especially when compared to competitors. Projects are moving slowly.

      They are patient centric first and then employee. Great benefits, pay is good. Support time off and vacations. Support balanced life. They care about their employees. Practice diversity and non-bias. Train and keep you educated on compliance. Keep you well informed of upcoming changes.

      Cons

      Leadership heavy. Fragmented across the country. Not computers talk to each other so a lab order in Portland will not be seen in New York if a patient goes to a collection site for blood draw. They are big on metrics -so everything task you perform is tracked. Lots of changes in some departments whenever new leadership arrives on the seen. Big organization so sometimes reaction time is slow. Some remote jobs but have not fully embraced work from home.
