Management is unorganized and plays the favorites.

some what good benefits, until recently they cut down on vacation time, cut down uniforms provided by the company from 5 sets to 2 sets, and keep increasing duties towards the psc and phlebotomist and no raise no nothing is just bad management and the ones sitting on top only looking out to fill their pockets you will think that a billion dollar company like them will some what try and keep employees happy is why we are always loosing people because once you are in you see the reality it happen to me years and years trying to get in the company thinking ok they have been around for years good steady, firm lab with good reputation. yeah ok as an employee don't be fool is a good job to gain experience and get out. And not talk about overtime they be on your neck because they can not have us go over our time and a lot of employees are not doing their job right and the end of the day just to rush out, not enough staff, we can not do over time. There is always something going on with them they should stop and ask them selfs why is it you can not keep employees with all the positions open!
