      Pros

      Don't have to worry about being laid off. Good health insurance, nice cafeteria, some nice people.

      Cons

      They tolerate poor work performance in my dept., actually seem to reward them for it. Maybe it has to do with the race or refuge green card status. Miserable Asian lady seems to be in charge of training.They all wish she'd retire or just die.

      Paycheck Well maintained cars Driver education available

      Cons

      Must stay until all pickups are completed No overtime pay as all driver jobs are less than 40 hours Must work 6 days - as positions become available they are changed to be 6 day positions Not allowed to take off 2 Saturdays in a row (for a longer vacation) Management get all the "perks" and makes it known Constant coursework must be completed on your time at home with no pay Limited holidays as healthcare is 24/7

      Pros

      Most employees are great people, however the good ones don't stay long. Company is very health-minded and encourages and assists employees with healthy lifestyles.

      Cons

      Corporate management is out of touch. Top management is clueless to the incompetence of some highly paid directors whose main interest is advancing their careers. The goal here is profit, not quality.
