Geared towards new coders who are needing the coding experience under the belt.... Because seasoned coder will not put up with mayhem or pay.
Cons
The leaders are very professional especially the way talk and treat you like from the streets.You treated like a robot. Production based. Dead end position. No opportunities for growth. Communication needs work among coders needs work. Something everyday something goes wrong with coding software and the coders are blamed for no or low production when they should looking at the IT dept. Communicating through email to create a paper trail is their gold standard. Too many detractions with people from other departments up and about gossiping which makes it unable to focus. There is no training it comes to coding. In fact you are told to skip the hard cases and do the easier cases if have a question.
