Pros

Good reputation, autonomy and fairness from others. Very team oriented culture and above average benefits.

Cons

Changed since new leadership came in a few years ago. Switched from patient focused to "changing behaviors" that will affect bottom line and resulted in multiple lay offs. No upward mobility at all.

Facility is nice Nice employees Has its own cafeteria

Cons

Dead end job with no opportunity for moving up in the company Terrible communication and there are not enough people to take over positions when people take off Most employees there have a month of time off a year or more and no one to work those positions

Cons

There aren't more PSC centers for others to grow in the company as well.
