      Pros

      Good people work for this company. People tend to either stick around for a very long time or leave very quickly. The benefits are good and there are good perks such as company car, Blue Print for Wellness, and yearly National Sales Meeting. They invest to give sales people tools necessary such as training, iPad, and SalesForce.com. The job is very easy and allows you to make your own hours and work from home.

      Cons

      The company is unorganized and lacks direction. They will release products without clear focus. Most time a product would launch, we would sell and it would be phase out. Management doesn't know what to do with the draw stations. Staff there are underpaid and over worked. It is hard to sell a service when the most important piece (the phlebotomists) are unhappy. The pay is also grossly inconsistent. You have no control over what you make and what to expect. Leadership has no idea how to run a successful sales organization. Most people don't have the motivation as there is no room to advance.
