      Pros

      Love what company focuses on, great people to work with. Hours are great, pays well, benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Supervisors are horrible. This one job site is like hook up central and supervisors are no acception. Dont get caught being a friend to someone the supervisor is sneaking around with, it may just cost you your job. Supervisors also have a habit of gossip.

      Pros

      It's great to work on the cutting edge of diagnostics and know that you're helping people, and contributing to the evolution of personalized medicine.

      Cons

      There seems to be culture of limiting advancement, to a certain degree, which can be discouraging. And as said before, the organization can sometimes be too-heavy, resulting in more oversight and micromanaging than may be strictly necessary.

      Pros

      Very good benefits, my position offered flexible schedule. Opportunity for continuing education. Upper management communicated regularly.

      Cons

      Very poor communication between departments that required coordination between departments and levels within a department. Emails not answered, phone calls not returned. This had a major impact on potential for success in my position. It is a very large company with many changes all the time. Quite a few layoffs.
