Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits and great vacation time...if you could take it. Good profit sharing when the company has a good year. The people that I worked with were good and down to earth.
Cons
We used to do fund raising for employee events throughout the year but when they took that away from us I watched as morale dropped and the company started being more about the bottom line and not the employee. After that the directions that "heads" at HQ are taking the company in gave me whiplash. First we were consolidating labs, then they realized that wasn't a good idea and brought people back. Now they are consolidating IT and call centers and they are losing that home-town touch that we used to have.
