      Work in HTS side of Quest.

      Pros

      Work-Life Balance is good. They allow work from home. Learned a lot of new technology. Pay is OK. Vacation is OK.

      Cons

      Quest outsourced IT since it does not "make money". Now it is hard to get support from Contractor.

      None anymore other error then the IOP office I work in is the only reason I'm still with this crap hole non caring company.

      good location, cafeteria on site, good technical staff.

      Cons

      pay not equal to experience or work performed. Technical staff not respected as professionals, micromanagement to excess, rigidity to excess, unsafe building (numerous fire code violations-- two fire exits blocked by instruments, no clear exit path, departments allowed to block access to exits, complaints ignored), Microbiology not isolated from the rest of the building ( a specimen containing anthrax could contaminate the entire building, eg) Managers falsify documents. No anonimity when reporting a problem.
