      Pay is good compared to similar labs in the area Differential for working late shifts/weekends 401k matching at 5% Decent benefits (although not the cheapest) which includes free labwork

      Cons

      Management is horrendous - people in my dept were hired for a position then never given the title or pay (and its been years). WAY too focused on metrics...feel like there's a decline in patient focus and definitely zero focus on employee satisfaction (you feel very disposable). Management is very disorganized in all areas. Very little room for advancement, even with flawless reviews and high productivity year in and year out. I've been here for >5 years and every year it just gets worse and worse.
