Pros

Good benefits, cheap heath insurance, job security.

Cons

Have to work holidays, atypical schedule because lab operates 24/7/365. Schedule subject to change at a moment's notice with little regard for employee's needs/preferences. The culture is blame-heavy as opposed to let's learn about and improve upon our mistakes.

Pros

Integrity of work, making sure that the patients results are processed 100% accurate every time.

Cons

The US based IT department is not longer a viable employment opportunity since the GIC is open in India with TCS. Jobs are sent directly there first.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for 6 years. 2 years ago I would of said the people are awesome, lots of support from management, good pay .

Cons

People aren’t who you think they are. Management is either telling you what you want to hear or sabotaging your events . Doubt there are any real accountants . Days are not paid for, wrong rate, hours .
