Pros

The tucker facility is lean, six sigma, BUT everyone in the south privately promotes the old Nichols/Specialty facility in Chantilly, VA because the lab in Tucker is inept.

Cons

IT department farmed out to India! No in house IT department to speak with or meet with. Can barely understand anything the IT department is saying!

Pros

Quest is a great to work if you are a recent graduate looking for some entry level experience. The name is ubiquitous throughout the industry and has many subsidiaries upon which you can expand laterally.

Cons

The company is not very generous when it comes to compensation packages. Pay is very low compared to the industry standard and upward mobility is very limited. Also very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with termination of employees

It sucks, don't work for this Business Unit

Pros

Benefits are good, vacation time is great (but I hear that is being cut)

Cons

Poor Management, Very high turn-over, almost impossible to hit quota due to attrition of physicians. They have had 3 new Sales Directors in as many years and the position is vacant again, That alone should tell you something.
