      Great work/life balance and generous time off allotment

      Cons

      The Peter Principle at work! Management is terrible at just about every level of the organization. Not only are they promoting people who are ill-suited to their new role, these managers bring along their favorites who aren't much better. The outlook is not good until they straighten management out and replace "old thinkers" with more agile and forward-looking thinkers.

      Micromanagement,very stressful,managers clueless from top to bottom,layoffs every year,ITis being outsourced to India,latest reorg is a disaster, people with 20 yrs are leaving the co in droves and management approves

      Goal Sharing, health benefits. I like meeting people and helping them get their blood drawn without pain. I like to help them with their billing problems.

      Cons

      Management is not in tune with daily workings. They are so caught up in trying save money for the company.Its easy to take away from the phlebs that its hurting the functionality of the job. Ex. No overtime but must take patients all the way up to closing time. The day someone can do that PLEASE tell me! Supervisors care more about the clients than the patients.
