Pros
The company offers great benefits and salaries are pretty competitive for new hires. Their time off with pay (TOP) is the best offering as much as 6 weeks with more than 10 years of service. They are highly competitive in the clinical diagnostics field and growing their market in anatomic pathology.
Cons
The company has been going through some major changes over the last two years with the new CEO. Job security for areas like customer service, logistics, HR and billing is not looking good unless you already live in or are willing to relocate to places like Tampa, Kansas, Chicago, Philadelphia or Los Angeles.
