Short term income until I found another position.

Cons

The training was the absolute worse! I almost left the first week. Finally left after one month.

Pros

The benefits are excellent including a good vacation package. Depending on the group you work in or the manager you work for, there could be flexible work times available.

Cons

There is an extremely high number of middle management positions which can clog up the lines of communication. There seems to be a lack of sharing of information up and down and also sideways. The message handed down from the executive levels is that the employees at the front lines who are working their tails off are all replaceable, so you'd better work harder to keep your job. This is especially true in these difficult economic times.

Flexible work hour for my position, also can work from home. Good benefit include med, dental and vision insurance, employee stock purchase program, company matched 401K, best vacation time allowance for long time employees.
