      Pros

      Quest gives great health benefits and loads of time off compared to other companies. Recently they have cut back on vacation days and have a strict new attendance policy, however. The people here are great and there are a lot of events and seminrs.

      Cons

      Low pay even though it's competitive with similar companies. Small room for advancement up but lots of opportunity for lateral transfer.

      Pros

      The best reason to work for quest is generous vacation time, and the people I work with are great. Since the lab industry is so much consolidated, there are not too many opportunities available and so people tend to stay a lot longer in their positions.

      Cons

      The downside is there is no opportunity for advancement. Even if you submit an internal transfer, they don't even call you and acknowledge that they received your transfer application. The health benefits are so minimal and our contributions are high per paycheck.
