      Pros

      Telecommunting available and pretty good benefits. Most people are really proud to work for a health care company that is trying to do good.

      Cons

      Promotion process varies by person. HR not very helpful or supportive if you have a problem. Watch your back if you complain about anything. In some areas there are long hours with very little appreciation from management.

      big company with lots of power; trying very hard to react and plan intelligently in bad economy; great benefits & vacation

      sometimes priorities and employees get lost in the shuffle with a big company; communication is not always good - could definitely improve

      Pros

      Benefits. Blue Print for wellness (Comprehensive analysis of complete blood work tested annually). and for applying receive $10.00 off a month on your health care insurance. If you are looking to advance within the department they give you ample amount of opportunity to cross train within all levels of the department. Offer special projects to work on outside of job description.

      Cons

      They do not hire quality people for the important positions. They always hire inside the department when filling a lead, sup., or Management decision. This has caused for me a very untrustworthy atmosphere because of the competency level these individuals have.
