Pros

Great benefits-particularly the retirement benefits were very generous and the company matched at a very generous level, dedicated and hardworking co-workers, good IT systems,

Cons

Management had little or no regard for the personal lives of employees despite employee desires for work/family balance. 10 hour work days are common even during non "busy" times in the month.

Pros

The company provides solid benefits and with a large revenue stream it will continue to provide stable working conditions for some time to come.

Cons

The code base is in terrible shape and there is no serious chance of it changing. Management is disengaged at the technical level.
