      Work load pretty consistent, coworkers, shifts,decent health coverage. Opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      Fast paced, schedule conflicts, lack of communication between managers and team. Call get called off for lack of work. *Tip have a PRN side job to make up for call off days*

      - Great benefits from health and tuition reimbursement - clear and transparent management - overtime hours

      Cons

      - Low-paying for overnight work that requires a sixth day every two weeks - overtimes hours, two-edged sword for those who want to just work for 8.5 hours because we're always pressured to stay longer. - training could be more consistent and clarity - very little margin of error for job that is overnight, deals in high-volume work, and has VERY long hours.
