Pros

The vacation time is really nice, and the people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice that most of the supervisors/managers were technologists at one point so they can relate to everything that is going on in the lab. Another nice thing is that if you don't like the department you are in it is relatively easy to transfer to another.

Cons

Downsides are that sometimes things change and they don't really care about input from the people who are performing the testing(not that they don't care per se, but realize that they can't change it), 'It's corporate and not much we can do about it'. When they are short staffed it takes a good while to get them to get new people in, so extra work gets piled onto people.
