Pros
This is a good stepping stone job to get yourself out of retail or food service work.
Cons
Depending on your department, you could be in an excellent work environment or a hellish-chaotic work environment. My first year was fantastic, but then I had to switch department and after that my experience was downhill for the next 3 years.
