None that I can think of

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standards, poor quality management, poor health insurance options, management gossips, no room for advancement unless you are a dinosaur, poor diversity and equal treatment. Look for a better healthcare company with better culture and benefits.

Pros

The benefits offered are good.

Cons

Training is horrible. The boss is all over the place the training was assured to be great and never happened. I trained with 10 different people and was told I was wrong with each person which makes it confusing.The company is cheap if you want to call it that; if you stay 30 min late they’ll give you 1hr 30min lunch break instead of overtime. No sinks to wash your hands and you share the restroom with the public. Etc. etc. The quest way is not a good way

Job was ok. You were allowed to listen to music while processing and they provided all the PPE needed.

Cons

management could’ve been more efficient. The job grew to be a hostile environment
