This company is a mess from the top down. Disorganized, training is awful, managers are encouraged to micromanage and rule with an iron fist. Worse part, the managers are morons. They’re big pharma rejects that couldn’t make it anywhere else.

Managers are irresponsible, incompetent, and don't know how to lead. They only care about production and nothing else, when you don't meet production or mess up the production, they will be sure on your case. There is a reason why people are quitting and transferring out of the department. Company are not doing well, had had few lay offs for the last 3 years since I've been here, each time was roughly 50 people were let go, the biggest one was when they laid off the entire department. Now they are closing their testing lab in Philadelphia, the outcome is not good.
