      Pros

      good benefits nice cafeteria. supervisors are very nice. some co-workers are very nice. new laboratory.

      Cons

      manager is horrible has favoritism, bullying goes on in dept. afraid of retaliation as people have been fired for speaking up.

      Pros

      The company had great benefits, and was in a good location. I was able to do my job very well, and get a raise after the first 90 days of employment.

      Cons

      There was a lot of micromanagement. The employees are treated like pawns, and made to feel worthless to the company. They do not have family values, and they are constantly criticizing employees in a negative way IN FRONT of other employees.

      Pros

      Allows telecommuting for certain positions, good amount of vacation time and flexible hours, free annual blood workup (for spouses as well)

      Cons

      Recent reorganizations have completely gutted and demoralized what was once a vibrant workplace. Many outstanding employees and managers were laid off or replaced by less competent individuals, and after that, many other good employees fled.
