      Need complete review of middle management

      Pros

      Great pay, TOP and benefits. Believe CEO values but very unaware of the poor decisions being made out of eyesight.

      Cons

      Departmental management making very poor decisions in acquisitions that are not shared with Senior management. Personal relationships developed and business decisions being made based on likes and dislikes. Key field positions have been eliminated resulting in loss of knowledge and positive support. Office environment is very depressed and many employees leaving due to poor management and choices. If there is not a change competitors with greatly benefit from those who have left or been eliminated.

      Pros

      You can make some very solid friendships. If you become good at your job you have security/more or less.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Time off is bundled with sick , vacations and emergencies. Not always able to use your time even if you've earned it. Management is horrible. No one knows what they are doing. Training is useless. Overall once you get over the glitz of being hired you will notice many negatives.

      Pros

      Maybe benifits although they have gotten worse recently

      Cons

      They laid off 500 plus people in the Wallingford CT unit because of the state of the new facility in MA and recently changed many couriers hours to a later shift with no shift differential and no notice. You are treated like a 10 year old with the many teats and competency tests. But they don't pay any money for the more and more work you are required to do
