      Pros

      I enjoy how independent the job is. Most days are the same and there’s rarely unexpected things that happen.

      Cons

      Long tenured employees have contributed to a negative morale. Department to department communication is especially poor. No routes are exactly alike, thus the pay structure doesn’t reward you for driving in higher crime areas, longer routes, more stops, more specimens collected, etc.

      I highly recommend quest diagnostic to everyone who would like join in hyderabad GIC. It offers best work culture, good benefits, good appraisals and learning scope is high on latest technology

      It would be good if they start food facility in in-house cafeteria.
