great products and vision; stable, growing company

Cons

Too tight a network of friends connected to the president get token jobs and care less about the customer and company than being in the family

A Good Company, With Big Challenges Ahead

Pros

The company is continuing to grow and compete in a mature market space. They have a reputaiton for innovation and work to build good products.

Cons

Too many products, not enough solutions! It is difficult to articulate a value proposition to a customer when you have dozens of products that need to work together to produce a competitive solution.

everyone pulls together on a sale -- this creates a basic for good cooperative spirit. (almost) everyone will really try and help you get something done if it is clearly sales promoting

Cons

basic lack of real vision, inability to take a real risk by putting a stake in the ground -- meanwhile, spread way to far over the map
